Marcus Klose

Marcus holds a degree in business administration, with a focus on financial analysis, auditing and international economic relations.

After his studies at Ernst & Young and then at a consulting boutique in China, he was able to gain first experience in management consulting before he came into contact with payments for the first time at Bertelsmann. At this globally operating company he was involved as project manager in the implementation of several major international projects for well-known e-commerce customers and brands.

Before joining OSTHAVEN, Marcus was product manager at kfzteile24 responsible for the strategic development and operational implementation of the payment infrastructure.

Even before my studies I was fascinated by the world of international financial flows. Processes that all people in the world use almost daily. But few people understand them in detail and, to be honest, few find them really “sexy”. However, there is this group of people who perceive payments as this essential part of our business activity and thus of our everyday life together. People who enjoy understanding exactly how the highly complex interaction between customers, merchants, banks, service providers and payment schemes works and whose fascination is reflected in their work every day. Here at OSTHAVEN I have found these people and am pleased to call them colleagues.
