With a training as a bank clerk at Commerzbank AG and a degree in business administration with a focus on “financing”, Jan Bringezu has been involved in various tasks and functions in the financial services sector for more than 20 years.
After working as a consultant and project manager for KPMG Consulting / BearingPoint and bankon Management Consulting for seven years, he worked as project director for a card payment service provider in London. Prior to founding OSTHAVEN GmbH, Jan Bringezu worked as an independent consultant and project manager and most recently worked as managing director of a consulting firm within the team neusta group.
Jan has managed large and complex projects in the banking and payment environment. The focus of these activities was and is the project management and management, business development, business analysis, cut-over management, compliance, organizational development and process management in the areas of core banking and payments (banking, cards, online and mobile).
When we three founders discussed the philosophy of our company as part of the concretisation of the founding of OSTHAVEN, two things quickly became clear to us. Firstly, we wanted to be a reliable partner for our customers in matters relating to banking and payment, and at every stage from the initial idea right up to implementation and stabilisation. Secondly, OSTHAVEN should not only be an employer for the colleagues, but rather a place of further development and shaping.
We consistently implement this philosophy. All colleagues are “on the bridge” in determining the course of OSTHAVEN. This is evident both in the thematic positioning and in the development of offers for our customers, and above all in our project work.

Dirk Brunke started his professional career as a software developer and head of a software development department with an apprenticeship as a data processing salesman and a degree in business informatics. Since 2000 he has been active in various areas of the payments industry. His focus was particularly on e-commerce and e-payment.
In 2008, Dirk Brunke joined Ingenico Payment Services (formerly easycash GmbH), the market leader for card-based payment in Germany. There he first built up the acquiring business. Later, his responsibilities expanded to include marketing, products and services, and market policy. Since 2013, he has also headed the product management of the parent company ingenico for the Europe region and supported the Marketing division..
Through his activities as a project manager and in various other management positions, Dirk has extensive experience in payment transactions in the areas of product management, compliance risk and operations. Effective management in multinational companies and his strong implementation strength complement his CV.

Henrik holds a degree in business administration from RWTH Aachen University.
Before joining OSTHAVEN as a management consultant, he developed his professional experience in electronic payment transactions at GEVA Business Solutions.
Henrik was active in the commercial and operational management of GEVA and has focused on projects in bank payment transactions.

Niklas trained as a bank clerk at Commerzbank AG in Reutlingen and did work as a account manager for retail customers prior to commencing studies. He completed a degree as a Bachelor of Science in economics at the University Hohenheim in Stuttgart. Before joining OSTHAVEN he was an account manager at GIZS GmbH & Co. KG within the context of the bank based payment service paydirekt and involved in E-Commerce topics for the German Savings Bank Finance Group.
Following his studies he attended a trainee program at Commerzbank AG and become acquainted with Transaction Banking.

Tim completed his dual studies at the FH Nordakademie Elmshorn and worked for Hapag-Lloyd AG during this time.
He subsequently worked as IT project manager and IT system analyst at Hapag and completed his Master of Science in Business Informatics at the Nordakademie Graduate School while working.
Before joining OSTHAVEN as Senior Consultant, he was Lead Consultant at Capgemini Germany.
Like most of the employees of OSTHAVEN, I first worked in a large corporation and later in a major international consultancy. There I enjoyed a great professional training, but also got to know about rigid structures and endless decision paths. Even before my first day at OSTHAVEN I knew all employees personally and everyone knew me; who I am and what I can do. At OSTHAVEN you are not just an employee, you are part of the company, part of the team. Patrick completed an apprenticeship in IT payment transactions at Hamburger Sparkasse.
As an application advisor in IT payment transactions, he has developed into a project manager and team leader and expanded his expertise in banking payment transactions at an early stage.
In addition to his professional activities, he completed an apprenticeship as a banking specialist.
What is special about OSTHAVEN is the strong cohesion among colleagues, the flat hierarchies, the short decision-making processes and the unique expertise accepted in the market. Ralf has a university degree in mathematics with a minor in computer science.
At an early stage, he focused on systems and IT infrastructures in payment and acquiring and held various management positions in the payment industry.
Among others, he was a consultant and project manager at Pago eTransaction Services and head of acquiring at KPS Payment, which provides services for Eventim AG.

After more than 5 years as a management consultant at KPMG Consulting / BearingPoint, he held positions of responsibility as well as management with payment service providers and Deutsche Börse AG. Prior to founding OSTHAVEN GmbH, he most recently served as Head of Business Development & Market Policy at Ingenico Payment Services (formerly easycash GmbH).
Juan Félix has been responsible for large and complex projects in the areas of banks, stock exchanges and payments. The background and focus of his activities include: development and implementation of corporate and marketing strategies, business development, strategic planning, M & A, organizational development and project management in the areas of financial services, electronic card payment and payment services as well as credit and debit card acceptance.
What drove us from the very beginning was our passion to accompany changes in banking and payment and to achieve value-added results for our clients with our many years of experience. We have combined entrepreneurial thinking and action with our expert knowledge of operational processes in practice. “From Strategy to Execution” is therefore not just a slogan but part of our corporate DNA.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with focus on financial services and human resources as well as a Master of Arts, Management / Entrepreneurship with focus on Business Development from Leuphana University Lüneburg.
As a consultant at Severn Consultancy and BearingPoint, he has gained experience in various projects in the banking and financial services sector.
After several positions as a consultant, I arrived at OSTHAVEN, where I wanted to be. The projects are characterised by really exciting and challenging tasks in which we actually make the difference for our clients. The team is characterised by technical expertise and methodical excellence; this is also necessary for the complex problems of our clients. Dennis trained as a bank clerk at VR Bank Pinneberg eG and then completed a degree in banking business administration at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
In addition to various functions in customer service and sales at VR-Bankenverbund, he was also deputy branch manager before joining OSTHAVEN as a consultant for the banking sector.
