With us, you take on responsibility for clients and projects early on. You’ll have the freedom to contribute your own ideas, help shape decisions, and develop creative solutions. This allows you to grow professionally and personally—and make a real impact from day one.

When it comes to where and how you work, we embrace a true New Work mindset. Whether in the office, remotely, or on-site with a client, you benefit from flexible working hours and can work from anywhere within Germany. What matters most is that you feel comfortable—and our clients are satisfied.

We believe that employees who think and act entrepreneurially deserve to share in the success they create. That’s why OSTHAVEN offers a highly attractive compensation model that allows you to benefit directly from your performance and the company’s overall success.

You receive an annual budget that you can use for your professional development—whether for hard or soft skills. In addition, we organize internal events and team gatherings that foster professional exchange and deepen expertise.

We support you with the costs of daycare or kindergarten for your child. Combined with flexible working hours, this allows you to easily integrate drop-off and pick-up times into your daily routine—helping you balance family life and work more effectively.

With a company car, you stay flexible—both professionally and privately. You can rely on your vehicle for business appointments while also benefiting from the option of private use. From Senior Consultant level onwards, you have the opportunity to choose a company car, combining comfort, mobility, and planning reliability—at work and in everyday life.

Shared experiences strengthen our team. Through regular team events and off-sites—including trips abroad—we combine professional exchange with shared activities. This creates new impulses, fresh perspectives, and a strong sense of togetherness that goes beyond day-to-day work.
