The challenge

Preparing for market launch in the SME segment

The Nexi Group was very interested in introducing the “Germany pays digitally” initiative in Germany in order to offer terminal and card acceptance services to new merchants in the SME segment. To do this, a clearly defined offering had to be developed, technical adjustments had to be implemented in several systems, and all accounting and legal framework conditions had to be realigned.

The solution

End-to-end implementation of the initiative

Together with Nexi, the range of services was specified, the end-to-end processes were designed, and the technical requirements for all systems involved were implemented. At the same time, accounting processes, contract documents, and compliance requirements were revised to ensure a legally compliant, scalable, and seamlessly integrated product.

The result

Fast onboarding and scaling

The “Germany pays digitally” initiative was successfully launched and enables new merchants to use Nexi products and services. Thanks to clearly structured processes, coordinated systems, and complete regulatory compliance, Nexi can efficiently roll out its offering, onboard merchants more quickly, and strengthen its market presence in Germany. In addition, technical adaptability means that future initiatives can be implemented in a significantly shorter time.
